What countries do you ship to?

SenseAGE is committed to bringing our products to everyone. We deliver to most countries in the world with reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safe and on time.

How much does shipping cost?

Our shipping costs are determined by the type of service and the value of your order:

[Standard Shipping]
For orders over $29.00: Free
For orders below $29.00: $5-$8 (vary by region)


[Expedited Shipping]
Vary by region, ranging from $10 to $20.

What are your shipping and processing times?

7 - 14 days.


Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. And we do not ship out on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. However, the exact timing of this notification can vary based on the shipping carrier, so there might be a delay of a few days on occasion.

Why I only received part of my order?

Some orders could be sent separately depending on the number of items and their total weight included. In this case, there could be a possibility that your packages would arrive at different times.

If the second package didn't arrive 1-2 days after the receipt of first one, please contact us at contact@senseage.com, and we will work with you to solve the problem.

VAT & Duties

Certain countries may impose import taxes, duties, and other Customs fees on imported goods, which are not included in the payments you make to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and collected by the Customs office of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. For detailed information on these charges, please directly contact your local Customs office.

If for personal reasons you decide to refuse your delivered package, including the refusal to pay customs duties and taxes, please be informed that we will not offer refunds or redelivery for refused orders. Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
