SenseAGE is committed to bringing our products to everyone. We deliver to most countries in the world with reliable international and domestic couriers to ensure that your package gets to you safe and on time.
Due to the impact of pandemic, some countries are temporary unable to ship to with our courier's delivery service.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight, normally it is between $5 and $10.
We offer customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking on orders over $45. We want your experience to be as smooth and upfront as possible - just the way we like it.
For Non-US Customers * Please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely for international orders outside of the United States. Your local customs office can assist with any customs duties outside of our control.
What are your shipping and processing times?
7 - 14 days.
Orders take 1-2 business days to process after placing the order before shipping out. We do not ship out on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.
If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Why I only received part of my order?
Some orders could be sent separately depending on the number of items and their total weight included. In this case, there could be a possibility that your packages would arrive at different times. If the second package didn't arrive 1-2 days after the receipt of first one, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will work with you to solve the problem.
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
